Who We Are
Eclat Synergy is a company registered in England and Wales. We operate as a licensed NIMC enrolment partner via FUWA Agribusiness and a Drivalia franchise operator, providing identity, documentation, logistics and vehicle hire services for Nigerians in the UK and Germany.

Data We Collect
- → Identity data: Full name, date of birth, nationality
- → Contact data: Email address, phone/WhatsApp number, postal address
- → Document data: Scanned copies of passports, birth certificates and other ID required for NIMC or CBN services
- → Biometric data: Fingerprints and facial photographs captured during NIN or BVN enrolment — transmitted directly to NIMC/CBN and not retained locally after processing
- → Appointment data: Service requested, preferred location, appointment notes
- → Website usage: Anonymous page visit data (no tracking cookies without consent)
How We Use Your Data
- ✓ To process your NIN, BVN, passport or other service appointment
- ✓ To verify your identity in compliance with NIMC and CBN requirements
- ✓ To communicate with you about your appointment and follow-up
- ✓ To send service confirmation and receipts
- ✓ To comply with our legal obligations as a licensed NIMC partner
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with any party other than those necessary to deliver your service.
Legal Basis for Processing

- → Legitimate interests — to communicate about your appointment and follow up on your service

Third Parties
We share your data only where necessary:
- → NIMC (via FUWA Agribusiness) — your biometric and identity data is transmitted to the Nigerian national identity database as part of the NIN enrolment process
- → CBN (for BVN) — data is submitted to the Central Bank of Nigeria's BVN portal
- → WhatsApp (Meta) — when you contact us via WhatsApp, your message and contact details are processed by Meta under their terms
Data Retention
We retain appointment records and correspondence for 3 years from the date of your appointment, after which they are securely deleted. Biometric data is transmitted directly to NIMC/CBN and purged from our systems immediately after processing. Document scans are retained only as long as necessary to support your service and any follow-up.
Your Rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

- ✓ Request erasure of your data (where no legal obligation requires retention)
- ✓ Object to processing based on legitimate interests
- ✓ Withdraw consent at any time (where consent is the legal basis)
