Documents Required

- ✓ Valid NIN slip or NIN card
- ✓ Birth certificate or age declaration
- ✓ Current passport (for renewals) or affidavit of loss if lost
- ✓ 2 recent passport photographs (white background, 35×45mm)
- ✓ Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement)
- ✓ Proof of UK residence (BRP, visa, or equivalent)
